The Law Of Attraction
Alright, so about the law of attraction, most people teach, that it’s all about repetitive thoughts of what we want and thinking positive that it will come to us. However, the reason most people don’t have any noteworthy results is because they are only using their conscious mind to have these thoughts with. They then have to keep up an effort 24/7 of thinking the same thoughts over and over again, staying positive, and when the results don’t come through quickly enough, or something bad happens…. They stop thinking those thoughts and say its not true and it doesn’t work. What they don’t understand, is that the conscious mind is weak, and isn’t built for creating reality, it’s built for experiencing reality. It is the sub conscious mind that is built for creating new belief systems and thought patterns.
The sub conscious mind is like a computer program, It must be programed similarly to a computer, using various methods. Most people do not realize this, and only rely on their conscious mind to get the job done. However, most thoughts generated by the conscious mind, never make it into the subconscious because the subconscious is already programmed with certain belief systems. There is simply no room to consciously add thoughts, especially when most of us never stop thinking even for a few seconds throughout our daily lives, the hard drive is full, and we keep creating the same old reality we’ve always created.
So the trick, is to understand how to program the subconscious mind, and get rid of old belief systems, so that new ones can take their place. This is done by first, observation. Observing what old beliefs you’re hanging onto, observing how you react to those belief systems in your daily life. Then once you’ve observed it, you can change your reaction to it, perhaps simply to, non reaction. Once you have begun to stop reacting to old belief systems in the same old way, you then have the power to make new suggestions to the sub conscious mind. Seeing as the subconscious mind is now waiting for a new response since you are no longer reacting to the old belief system.
So this is where the conscious mind, can then suggest, what you want to experience to the sub conscious. It’s best to get into a relaxed state of body. Perhaps meditate on it, or when you are in bed in the morning/ evening…. relax the body as much as you possibly, can, not a passive relaxation, an active relaxation. Consciously relax all muscles, from head to toe. This give you the proper quietness needed to focus on your thinking, and more important, your visualization. You want to think about what you want, and visualize it, it doesn’t have to be perfect, just a basic idea of what you want. Then live it out in your mind, become that person in your mind, feel how that person would feel, you will notice your entire body starting to feel that way. It’s exactly the same thing with sexual fantasy. We can get our bodies aroused simply through thinking. Well, we can experience every other kind of emotion in the same manner. That’s why a movie can take us through a roller coaster of emotions in a 2 hour time period.
With the visualization, and the feeling of what it is that you want, you can also use thoughts to program the new belief system, with positive thinking, thinking that tells you that you have what you want, already, or that it’s on the way. You see, the subconscious mind does not know the difference between what is real, and what is not. So especially in the case of illness, if someone visualizes themselves as healthy and affirms that they are getting better and better every day, And they go into that relaxed state twice or more times a day, their body will begin to heal. Because the subconscious mind has just been programmed, to believe that the body is no longer sick, so healing is the result. This is also well known about as the placebo effect. It works on the same concept, that you get the sub conscious mind to believe it already has everything it needs to heal, so healing occurs. This is the law of attraction, and we can use this for anything. How you feel, is what you will receive more of. You will see synchronicity appear in your life in mysterious ways.
The next pitfall many people have, is they see the synchronicity as coincidence, and let the opportunity pass them by. This is a mistake, and it will reset the subconscious programming…. because you stopped responding to the belief system. The sub conscious will then be waiting for you to create a new belief system. So when you see the synchronicity, it’s best to act on it, know that this opportunity presented itself to you because you asked for it. The more you respond to synchronicity, the more you will see it unfold in your life and before you know it, you will have met many like minded people, cash flow opportunities will arise, travel opportunities, and sometimes relationships. Your thoughts are incredibly powerful.
You will notice that throughout your day, you have several of the same thoughts over and over again, every single day. and these thoughts pop up without any conscious effort at all to call them up. They just pop into your head, without warning or notice. This is your subconscious programming, your default thinking patterns, it’s automatic, is a program running in your head and you are listening to it like a radio. Those are the thoughts that create your reality. Your conscious thoughts validate the subconscious and keep it flowing. This is why epiphanies are so important, they are a sudden realization that you have been reacting a certain way, and that things can be different if you want them to be. That’s what I mean when I talk about no longer reacting, creates a gap in the subconscious, it creates space, for new programming. For CHANGE. It’s the key to change, it’s the key to the mind.
Most of us live in the same mindset for many years, and it normally takes disaster for us to see otherwise. Most of us aren’t happy, and continue to believe that we can’t be happy because we keep on reacting to the sub conscious thoughts over and over again. It’s in that moment where we change that reaction, that we can change our programming. I am repeating myself for a reason, and that is because the reaction / response, is the most important aspect for changing your life.
We are vibrational, energetic beings, and our thoughts determine what vibration we put into the universe. We cannot see the possibility of other vibrations until we allow ourselves to be open to the possibility by creating that gap. This is why meditation and other modalities like yoga are so important and life changing. Self realization, inner peace, discovering purpose, and all the rest of it, come from quieting the subconscious programming. It’s like defragging a computer, and then deciding to do a reformat. Your old identity slips away, and all that suffering goes with it, allowing you to become whoever you want to become. Who you were meant to be. Your true self, beyond the programming. When you can use the programming to create the life you want, you’ve discovered your purpose. It’s all about remembering who you are, and then being that person. That is what the law of attraction is really all about.
