Summerbody day 4 ๐Ÿ˜Š

Me and my son started prepping our bodies for the summer on Monday. Since it is long time since we have been doing fitness we have to start very easy to not kill our motivation. Since my son is just 16, he needs someone to drag him out of bed in the morning and being his training partner - and I couldnt find anyone with better experience than me ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Our first week is quite simple, it looks like this from morning:

  1. One shot of Noni (get it here --->https://morinda.com/4512798)

  2. One Yogurt

  3. Banana

  4. Walk down to the fitness

  5. Rowing 3000 meter

  6. 3 * 15 Push ups & Sit ups

  7. 3 * 10 minutes Sauna

Next week, when our bodies has less pain we will add something to this program. Until now it is enough, and it is good to feel that the body adopt to the fitness little by little.

We eat normal food as lunch, dinner and evening food. Never later than 21 in the evening. The Noni is an adaptogen - which balance your body, and by using it regulary you will have less need for things like sugar.

You are welcome lovely ๐Ÿ˜Šyes, he is - I have tried to make him go alone, it doesnt work. He is too lazy, so partnering up with him is the only way to make him disciplined enough. He knows that until Summer comes we will have at least 90 training sessions together, there is no way around this numbers ๐Ÿ˜Š
