Chelsea vs burnley

Everyone whos read my previous work on chelsea's game against southampton knows how against this 3:4:3 formation i am, firstly i know am not a coach so i dont have intricate knowledge of players abilities but come on man, conte plays this formation week after week and the lads are just not getting it, ill break down the flaws in this formation in 3 steps
1: DEFENCE
I still cant fathom why you would play a back 3 without pacey players there okay to b fair, he'd expect his wingbacks to help out but why not play a solid back four and build play from there? If you insist on a back three put agile and pacey kids to stand a chance

2: attacking options
The way i see it the wing backs are supposed to help out the strikers right , okay fine u have moses who maybe a good crosser but lacks the vision to implement and emerson who i wont be harsh on was proven in his ability but looks shakey on the big stages, well depending on how tonight goes he may just secure a sport on the first teem sheet , then we have a player whom i give a lot of stick 'morata' noe this lad was a goal machine in juventus but since comming to chelsea had lost his confidence, i d always tell my boys give morata 2 seasons in epl andhe will change the game , but alas i find myself making excuses when he fails on the day
.3: Belief
Its a saying in football, goals win games this is so more true in the epl, er have seen teams win giants by a single goal, and other times the favorites blaze through the game, when i look at this chelsea team i feel they dont believe in the system anymore. They may want to try othe things which the structure of their set up wont allow anyways in the game of football no risk =no rewards , but i would always support chelsea cause what makes a great team often at time lies in the support of their fans
