The match is scheduled to get underway at 20h45.

With Ernesto Valverde's men having secured the league title at Deportivo La Coruna last weekend, Barca will be looking to extend their unbeaten run while Los Blancos can move to within a point of second-place of Atletico Madrid, who lost 2-0 to Espanyol earlier today.

Madrid, meanwhile, come into the clash on the back of a 2-2 draw with Bayern Munich that saw them progress to the UEFA Champions League final on aggregate.

Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi will be looking to extend his impressive scoring record against his bitter rivals, having bagged 25 goals in 37 appearances against the Galacticos.

Real Madrid talisman Cristiano Ronaldo, meanwhile, has only found the back of the net 17 times against the Catalan giants.

When these sides faced off earlier in the campaign, Barca came from behind to register a 3-1 win at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Here's how they line up:

Real Madrid: Navas, Ramos, Varane, Marcelo, Nacho, Kroos, Casemiro, Modric, Bale, Ronaldo, Benzema.

Barcelona: Ter Stegen; S. Roberto, Piqué, Umtiti, J. Alba; Busquets, Rakitic, Coutinho, Iniesta; Messi, Luis Suárez.
