The odds were quite impressive: H:1.15 - T:8 - A:15.
That's usually something you get when ManU plays VS Chisinau. After the Bosman verdict, professional football sort of broke apart. I wished they had replaced the rule with something like a minimum duration that the entire squad on the field had to play for the team to ensure that there's not two dozen billionaires buying off the entire market.
I find that just terrible. It is very unlikely that a team can climb to the top on its own just with a bunch of very talented locals in one gneration as it used to be. Today they get bought off on first sight.
yeah it is true..
OK, I just watched the video. Lyon's goalkeeper is excellent, but just like Coupet a little bit too small. PSG was lucky with both goals and the penalty shooter won't shoot again any time soon, especially since Neymyar wanted to do it.
Lyon was standing good in the defense and pressured nicely in the 2nd half (which was probably what PSG hasn't expected) and overall, I haven't seen a 1:10 chance for PSG. Nonetheless PSG is capable of even controlling a strong opponent and win the match. That means: They will win the championship (again).
Most surprisingly to me was that Draxler is now playing for PSG. I don't follow football too much anymore, I thought he's still earning his millions in ugly Wolfsburg. With him and Neymar, PSG has now a midfield that can keep up with Real, Barca, Bayern and the London and Manchester teams.
I think they should form their own league. It doesn't make much sense anymore to make them play against small teams all the time.
