Looking for your next holiday? Do you want do something new? Well, then welcome to Moliets-et-Maa, a paradise for surfers, daydreamers and those who are curious and looking for new adventures!

Moliets-et-Maa is a small commune in south-western France, next to the atlantic sea and the bigger cities Bayonne and Bordeaux. No doubt, it's one of the most popular places for surfers in Europe. But why? The main reason for it's popularity is the fact, that surfers really don't have to travel around the whole globe to find the thrill they love. And traveling to Moliet ain't that expensive. There are lots of accomodations near the atlantic shore and you will even find one in the mid of the summer season. Even if you are not planning to surf, Moliet is worth a trip, too. 

Here is an overview why you should make your holiday in Moliet-et-Maa:

1. Quite easy journey, when you come from Europe 
2. Afordable holiday alone, or for the whole family
3. Cheap accomodations, low fares for rents (surfboards, equipment, etc.)
4. Average temperature about ~27°C while summer
5. Lots of young people, lively nightlife

Okay, how do I get there?

If you have a longer journey, I recommend to take a plane to Bordeaux (BOD). Then you have to switch over to Bordeaux-St-Jean train station to take a TGV to Dax. There will be a bus (Ligne 7) driving to Soustons, where you have to take another bus (Ligne 3) to arrive at Moliet-et-Maa. Quite complicated, but I made it. And you can, too!
