HOW TO GET A FLAT STOMACH IN JUST 1 WEEK

One of the most common obstacles in getting a flat stomach is belly bloat. Here's the hack on how to get rid of it. Put your middle finger on your belly button. Then put your palm on the belly right over the index finger, that's the pressure point we need. You should massage it clockwise. Then massage counterclockwise for 2 - 3 minutes. This exercise eliminates gas, deflates the stomach perfectly.

And if you put one finger above your belly button, and massage clockwise then again massage counerclockwise. That exercise eliminates water retention and relievers stomach aches.

Massage in the usual manner - clockwise and counterclockwise for 2 - 3 minutes. This exercise eliminates gas faster and increases intestinal activity.
