What is a triathlon?
A triathlon is a three in one sport or a single sport that requires sport men/women to go through three different stages consecutively.it is very difficult and most of the times leads to fainting. Triathlon is a game of endurance.
Every year, thousands of men/women, boys/girls engage themselves in triathlon for fitness and a rewarding challenge.

How to train?
In a triathlon, the average participant spends at least 50 percent of the total race duration swimming, 50 percent cycling and about 30 percent of the race duration running.
A participants who wants to develop should do equal number of swimming, cycling and running, but with a longer bike training.
The cycling is expected to be at least 1 hour, swimming 30 minutes and running 40minutes on your training.
You may have heard of intensity and various workouts with different intensity levels, forget about that. While training for your triathlon keep your scale of intensity between 4 and 6 in a scale of 1 and 10, thanks.
