hehe yeah who would have thought huh?
I was amazed at how I felt after the Wellington Marathon and after the WUU2K this year.
I was a bit stiff the day after, but on the second day I was totally fine. My body felt great. So I think I'll continue with this strategy for ultras and marathons.
I'm thinking of trying out some shorter races later on when I can put the hammer down, but for the longer ones it seems dialing it back just a bit is the key.
