Atletico Madrid have much confident that they have made a breakthrough in negotiation to sign Diego Costa from Chelsea.

Although Atletico Madrid are banned from signing new players before january and have only offered half of what Chelsea want for the striker, which has been £50m and they have yet to offer more than £30m.
After Chelsea won the Premier League , Costa has made clear that he want to join Atletico Madrid again after being told that he was no longer wanted by Antonio Conte.
Costa has joined Chealsea 3 years ago and had won 2 Premier league titles. And now wants to rejoin Atletico Madrid.
