Awoniyi's goal reminds one of Yekini's goal in the 3rd place match against Cameroon at Senegal'92. It was spectacular.

Tell those boys make them find cement take hold their defence the thing be like apere wetin oyinbo man go call basket. Nigeria's defence too porous.

I wish Nigeria is not playing South Africa. The only country I know in Africa that are professionals in social media bullying and insults is SA. May God deliver Nigeria from social media Xenophobic attacks in their next encounter

We need to beat this xenophobia and put smile on our faces

Nigeria's defense dealt with every long ball adequately. On the basis of that, I'd say they tried.

As Nigeria faces South Africa, I hope there won't be a xenophobic attack on them.

Nigeria's defence is nothing to write home about.. Very poor. Congratulations though

Too bad for the boys but don't lose hope u know Zambia now. we can qualify

The ref. didn't let the game flow. He was even failing to give advantages. The game was not that physical to have all those fouls.
