NBA: Atlanta Hawks Vs New York Knicks
The New York Knicks defeated the Atlanta Hawks in ovetime to 136-131. Julius Randle led the New York Knicks with 33 points, 11 rebounds and 3 assists. RJ Barrett scored 26 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists while Mitchell Robinson added 16 points and 6 rebounds for the team victory. Meanwhile the Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young led all scorers with 42 points, 2 rebounds and 11 assists. John Collins added 22 points and 15 rebounds while De'Andre Hunter contributed 15 points, 6 rebounds and 1 assist in the losing effort. After the game Vince Carter got teary-eyed when reflecting on potentially playing his final game. What would basketball be like without Vinsanity dunk in the olympics or in the dunk contest. He's the last player from the 90's, last player from oldschool basketball. Tracy Mcgrady, Allen Iverson, Kobe Bryant, Paul Pierce, Dirk Nowitzki and Steve Nash those were my basketball heroes. Definitely didn't go out the way if this is it, but it was so amazing to have known you, not personally but just growing up watching you, making everyone jaws drop. Half man, Half amazing.
