The Brooklyn Nets defeated the home team Los Angeles Lakers as Anthony Davis missed the game winning three-pointer shot in the final seconds of the game, 104-102. Spencer Dinwiddie led the Brooklyn Nets with 23 points, 4 rebounds and 7 assists. Caris LeVert scored 22 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists while DeAndre Jordan added 8 points, 12 rebounds and 1 assist for the team victory. Meanwhile the Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James scored 29 points, 12 rebounds and 9 assists. Anthony Davis added 26 points, 8 rebounds and 2 assists while Kyle Kuzma contributed 14 points, 5 rebounds and 1 assist in the losing effort. In this game LeBron James made the right play a wide open look for your leading scorer and a player who you're going to need to trust to make those kinds of big shots. The Los Angeles Lakers still need to find or have that definitive third option player whether it's Kyle Kuzma or Dion Waiters. Unfortunately Anthony Davis missed the last shot, not so bad as it was a very close game. The Brooklyn Nets did not have Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving so the Lakers they underestimated them and they deserve this loss. The Los Angeles Lakets can learn from this and continue the hunt for the number one spot in the standing. Anyways the Brooklyn Nets improve their record to 30-34 while the Los Angeles Lakers fall to 49-14 on the season.
