Sweeteners are safe👍 I am debunking some myths here👇🤓🤓
Myth that gets me the most is about sweeteners. I am sure you heard this before👇👇👇👇
“Sweeteners are bad for you”
....
“Avoid sweeteners, they are chemicals”
.....
“Sweeteners in soda drink will make you gain fat”
....
“ Sweeteners causing cancer!”
.....
“Artificial Sweeteners are not safe to consume”
...
I have studied this subject very closely last year because I am very sensitive to Sweeteners and luckily kept a lot of evidence on my phone to share it with you guys😉
So let’s debunk the most common misconceptions:
1.Sweeteners are NOT bad for you,even in amounts many times what people typically consume, aspartame is safe for its intended uses as a sweetener and flavor enhancer. 90kg person would need to consume 25cans of coke to meet daily recommended consumption for sweeteners! ( see picture below )

2.Sweeteners are NOT making you gain weight

3.Artificial sweeteners are chemicals.

4.Science says Sweeteners ARE safe to use.

5.Based on the current scientific evidence, artificial sweeteners are unlikely to increase the risk of cancer in humans.

Some people may feel bad or experience negative effects after consuming artificial sweeteners, even if they are safe but that is just showing again that we are all different and just because it works for my friend it doesn’t mean it will work for me.
I have a very strange relationship with Sweeteners! Some will give me headache , some will make my taste buds confused and crave real sugar!
Sweeteners can also cause gas and bloating. For example:Sorbitol, an artificial sweetener, can’t be digested. Fructose, a natural sugar added to many processed foods, is difficult for many people to digest. To avoid bloating, old boring rule of “ everything in moderation” should work. Sweeteners get bad reputation because of the feeling of bloat but we need to remember that lentils and beans can cause bloating too!
The only sweetener I can tolerate in moderate amount is Xylitol and Erythritol. They look just like sugar and doesn’t leave my taste buds with bitter taste like other artificial sweeteners.

I don't use any sort of sweeteners and hardly ever drink any gas cooldrinks its just not my thing not that I think they're that bad they just don't do it for me. The amount of research put into marketing a product is almost criminal sometimes. People are too lazy and will also just believe whatever is pushed out most aggressively, so its important that we take the time to do our own research. Lol I tell people the same thing when they ask me what cryptos to buy
Always important to understand who funded the studies being used as evidence & their limitations. variables exist than cannot be accounted for, confirmation bias is real.
