Liverpool did not give any response related to Juventus plans to release Paulo Dybala. In fact, the Argentine player was linked with Liverpool in early 2019.
Liverpool are interested in bringing Dybala in January 2019. However, this desire is postponed until the summer of 2019.
It became a big question because Liverpool did not show stretch in the summer 2019 transfer market. So far, Liverpool have only brought in two young players, namely Sepp van den Berg and Harvey Elliott.
Previously, Liverpool also did not budge when they had the opportunity to bring Philippe Coutinho from Barcelona and Nabil Fekir from Olympique Lyon. At that time, Jurgen Klopp said that Liverpool would not issue large funds to spend on players.

In addition to financial reasons, Klopp also has strategic reasons. Klopp considered that Roberto Firmino would be more effective if played with Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.
Paulo Dybala is a creative player. However, his creativity will be seen if he is given the role of free role and his team arranges attacks through the middle of the field, not through the sides.
The game is inversely related to Klopp's scheme at Liverpool. Klopp prefers to arrange attacks on the side of the pitch and Firmino will act as a pivot through his movements. That made Mane and Salah a more productive player than Firmino.
So far, the strategy is effective and Klopp has no plans to change it. That reason, Klopp's main consideration was not to bring Dybala to Anfield.
