Brazil vs Nigeria: Neymar, Firmino, Richarlison arrive for Super Eagles clash
On October 13, Brazil will take on Nigeria in a friendly match in Singapore and Paris Saint-Germain forward, Neymar, was among the first set of players to arrive, ahead of Brazil’s next international matches. He arrived in the company of Thiago Silva and Marquinhos.
Neymar along with the two players were made available by PSG for the matches against Super Eagles and Senegal. He would be appearing for a hundredth time in one of the matches this week and Brazil is expected to play against Senegal on October 10.
These other Brazilian players who are in camp and are to be lined up alongside Neymar include Roberto Firmino, Fabinho (both Liverpool), Richarlison (Everton), Casemiro, éder Militão (both Real Madrid) and Lucas Paquetá (AC Milan).
PSG's last match against Angers SCO was something else and Neymar netted his fourth league goal resulting in a 4-0 win. Can the PSG replicate this feat as they face Africa's giants? We can only watch and see.
Neymar is one player I dread and honestly these African countries are up against a formidable Team. But just like you said, let's watch and see.
But these African teams have proved to be even as formidable as their Brazilian counterparts, both matches against Senegal and Nigeria ended in a draw.
Neymar is an unstoppable player and I fear for Nigeria but let me check Super Eagles squad and see if they stand a chance.
Senegal and Nigeria better watch out for these three players released by PSG, especially Neymar. He is goals manufacturer and has had very impressive outings so far.
I can see no one is giving the African teams a chance. I really would love to watch this match life.
I want to really see this game but nit because i think Nigeria will do anything but because i fear for what Brazil will do to Nigeria
I agree with you too on this but then in the game of football, there could be surprises.
But i doubt there will be any surprise in this.
Neymar always has his heart in it most when playing for his country. But it's not likely Brazil crush this game simply because it's long travel and it's just an exhibition match. Wouldn't be surprised if he only plays a half.
Neymar limped off with an injury in the 12th minute of the match. The Brazilians were not given room to oppress.
