It is now 16 days since @patrickulrich introduced Sportstalksocial. The platform is gaining grounds day by day.
While many understand that the platform is of the new steem tribes, most do not understand the economics behind the platform. This will be explained below.
Sportstalksocial and SPORTS token Economics
You can post via any steemit front-end and use the sportstalk tag. This will make your post visible on Sportstalksocial and eligible for reward.
You can post your video contents via Sportstube
2,695,432.908 SPORTS are currently in circulation staked by 297 accounts.
Rewards will be paid out of the initial issued coins for now.
Rewards are paid out in liquid SPORTS.

The post reward is in 50/50 format. 50% goes to the author and the remaining 50% to the voters.
The cashout window is 7 days which will allow the pending SPORTS token on the posts to be claimed.
100% downvote consumes 20% of the voting power and takes 432,000 seconds (120 hours) (5 days) to regenerate from an empty downvote power to full one.
100% upvote reduces the voting power by 2% and takes 432,000 seconds (120 hours) (5 days) to regenerate from an empty voting power to full one.
Every hour, 12,000 tokens are added to the reward pool and 288,000 every day.
The reward is reduced by 0.5% every year.

Great information man, thanks for that. Important to know is that currently only 2,695,432.908 SPORTS are in circulation and staked by 297 accounts. The rest of the 100 Billion is in the hands of the platform and are slowly been released. So, we are far from the 100 Billion, only 2,6 million right now! Important to know, imho!
