Hello friends, welcome to my blog. 60pcs get to work and respond to all questions...

Explain your understanding of the spreadsheet, listing its features, its purposes, and an example image that the spreadsheetur explanation.

Spreadsheet is one important software, especially for tech guys who find themselves in the skill set that requires computation, data analytics, and accounting. It is one area that has brought about ease of resolving complex problems in our everyday calculeveryday

Just like in our everyday use of our computer or laptop, it is that digital file that helps us make presentations, comprising rows and columns. All alphanumeric characters are represented in it, not forgetting other special characters. It could also allow the use of mathematical tools like the pie and cbar charts, tables, and other useful functions.

Features of a spreadsheet
  1. Rows and Columns:
This is one primary area we see immediately. The spreadsheet is launched. They are the mix of vertical and horizontal box-line shapes or lines. Those horizontal and vertical lines are the rows and columns that help to organize and beautify our work.
  1. Grids and Cells:
The little boxes that are either vertically and horizontally seen. They are the combination of the rows and columns. The intersection produces the cells, and every cell is unique during data computation.
  1. Sheet Tabs:
This could be found below the bar but before the system tool each time our spreadsheet is launched. Every sheet is a worksheet. However, every sheet can be either be used independently or interconnected with each other through functions and formula.
Purpose of the spreadsheet
  • For Data Management and ContrRecord-Keepingentation and Record Keeping
  • Project management & planning
  • EduToolsonal and Instructional Tool
  • Designing Engineering and Scientific Models
Based on the basic Formulas given in this lecture, use the data below to calculate the SUM Function and the AVERAGE Function of the class. Show clear working as to how you arrive at your answers.

Take a screenshot of your worksheet and identify the cell:Addresses of the following; N16 with a fill color of black, J8 ,with a fill color of yellow B5, with a fill color of Green G12 ,with a fill color of purple and D1 with a fill color of orange. Write your username on these cells using a visible font.

B5 - Green ColourIMG-20240911-WA0006.jpg
G12 - Purple ColourIMG-20240911-WA0007.jpg
Prepare a score for 15 students where the cell A1 label will be Name, cell B1 label will be Maths Score, cell C1 label will be English Score, cell D1 label will be Physics Score, cell E1 label will be Chemistry Score and cell F1 will be labeled Total. Add all necessary information and calculate the total for each student. Show clear working.

I have a basic knowledge of spreadsheet and have worked on it during my administrative job days. Although I haven't worked on spreadsheet for some years, with this illustrations, I've been able to recapture some of the things I may have forgotten.

You've really done a great job. Thank you for the invitation and best wishes to you.
