I'm not sure where exactly the problem is, but I think you should not retire from the competition. You've made the second place and @creativeblue made the first, because he powered up more STEEM.
Do you really think that forgetting to upload the screenshot should make the powerup process irrelevant? The whole event is about powering up and in my opinion the blockchain's account history proves all that is needed.

Since you are one of the sponsors of the contest did you read at least the rules?
Yes on #6 of the rules, to be part of the contest (rules written by @kiwiscanfly... and not by me) it is mention that you have to do a print screen before and after the power up..
By the way all the ones who enter the contest did that except @creativeblue

To me it looks like someone is searching for mistakes that were made by the winner in order to reach the expected first place... ^^ I don't think that we should be so nit-picky here.
In my eyes @creativeblue powered up more STEEM and won the competition. Maybe @kiwiscanfly can update the rules for the next run to make it clear that the whole thing is about powering up and not about making a screenshot.
Since you are sponsoring a contest without even reading the rules of the contest is running, made me really wonder why i vote you as a Witness...
Just for you to know the contest it's not about the total amount an account is Powering Up ... is about the percentage increase for that Power UP...
With that in mind i remove my vote for you as a Witness...
Since your focus is not on the contests that you sponsor, i strongly suggest to take a look at your own project...https://steemworld.org/, as it always shows wrong the amount of Voting Power... or to be more precise the value that an account is voting for...

Dude, what are you trying to achieve here? Let me tell you that it won't work. Of course, it is about the percentage. The winner powered up more STEEM (percentage wise).
You seem to have no understanding of how the EIP changes in an earlier HF affected the voting logic. It is impossible to predict the exact voting value since then (especially for non-whales) without previously knowing the target post's payout. Therefore one can set the payout amount with the
