You say you deleted it and re-posted but I can not find evidence for it.

You've done a great power up and I hope you can point out that you posted a post before October 1st with # spud4steem to @kiwiscanfly or admit that you made a mistake.

How do i enter?

1. guidelines for winning prizes for SPUD

1, To be eligible for prizes Steemit users MUST NOT POWER DOWN 7 days before the competition on October 1st. Remember that this competition is about Power up not Powering Down, any prize winner who is found to turn down while in possession of a delegated prize for 3 weeks will have the delegation removed - checks will be done :)

2,Steemit users must have more than 100 Steem Power in their wallet before #SPUD4STEEM and no more than 20,000 Steem Power. Delegated STEEM POWER (in or out) does not count towards% increase.

3, The Steemit user must have a reputation of over 40 and under 75

4, Participants must have at least 1 post before October 1st talking about this contest and a picture of their Steem Wallet showing inventory before starting the contest and using this tag # spud4steem. (* screenshot of Steem wallet is so that there will be no misunderstanding during the competition)

5, Power Up must be done October 1, 2020 in your local country's time zone

6, Your post Oktober 1st must also show a screenshot of your account before and after Power Up so that it is clear and easy to calculate % of your Power Up
