The block miners will be called Governors. The platform's DPoS makes use of 79 Executives who will verify transactions and 21 Governors that will create blocks. Governors are usually selected through a voting process through STB, and the highest of all votes are picked in order #STB. The stabila network creates a new block in three seconds, and the 21 Governors are rewarded in return.
