MY SIGNATURE VEGETABLE SAUCE@
[ ] I want share one of my favourite signature sauce that you can use to eat many types of food like rice, spaghetti,boiled yam,potapoes and roasted plantian. As a stay at home mum, i usually have my time to cook whatever i want whenever am in the mood to cook. Its a refreshing and a healthy meal.
[ ] Ingredients
[ ] A bunch of Ugu leave
[ ] 10 balls of Fresh tomatoes
[ ] 5 gloves of Garlic
[ ] 1 big Fresh fish
[ ] 7 Fresh pepper (depending)
[ ] 4 table spoons of Vegetables oil (apart from the deepfry oil)
[ ] 1 meduim size of Onions
[ ] 4 Eggs
[ ] Seasoning cubes (depending)
[ ] Salt to taste
[ ] Prawn
[ ] Preparations
[ ] Debone the fresh fish and cut into little pieces so as to have tiny cube when doing this make sure your fish is blocked so as to enable you cut into cubes then squash your garlic in a little pieces, add to the fish cubes,then add your seasoning cube,a little chilli, tiny cuts of onions and salt, mix together and keep in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes to sock in, then cut your tomato and pepper and set aside.beat your egg and set aside, cut your onions and put aside then cut your ugu leaf.

[ ] Place your frying pan on the stove and add your vegetable oil to a hight lenght in other to deepfry your socked fish, when you are done you reduce your vegetable oil and add your diced onions fry for 3minutes then add your tomatoes fry till dry, during the time you are frying your tomatoes make sure to add your prawn so that it will cook up then lower the stove and add your beat egg so it will come out in layers once the egg is done you add your deep fried fish and turn slightly so that the eggs don't brake into pieces. Then you add your seasonings any the ugu 🍃 wait for 2minutes and stir, add your salt for taste. You vegetable source is ready. You can serve with white rice, spaghetti, yam, potapoes and roasted plantian.
