What is the usage of Network Fee

The Network Fee is a billing unit in MYKEY. When transferring, using dapps, or managing account permissions, as long as the operation sends transactions to the blockchain, fees will be generated and deducted from users’ Network Fee balance. Besides, the Network Fee is required when enabling new blockchain features, withdrawing Hongbao balance, and participating in some limited activities in MYKEY.
