"Just an FYI in case you are wondering why our witness server is down. We are currently upgrading our servers and as a result have to re-sync the witness servers.

We will be back up shortly"

Above message is given by @steem-bounty before 19 days that they are upgrading their witness server & now it has been completed. below is the official message from @steem-bounty

"We have recently upgraded our witness server to version 19.10 and are looking forward to the new features once they will be activated.
