New SteemIt users are doomed. The new RCsystem takes away their chances to grow. You can help!

Small Accounts Need Our Help
I guess it is no secret anymore that HF20 has had a devastating impact on the smaller accounts.
New people that sign up, have a limited amount of SP, and as a result very few Resource Credits. This limits the number of posts and comments they can make. As a result, they will never be able to grow their account without investing money, a privilige we did have.
No Future
If new accounts can't work there way up without investing and are limited to 3 comments a day, we can't expect them.to stay.
And if no new users are willing to pay for their account, and pay again for every post or comment they put out, SteemIt will die a lonesome death.
If nothing changes, the platform I became to love so much is doomed.
You Can Help
If you are one of the few people that cares about this situation, you can help by 1 simple button click! I'll even reward you for this easy task.
But you've got to hurry, because time is running out.

How To Help
5 days ago, I launched a contest in which I promised to delegate my SP to 10 redfish who are in trouble. The idea is to bring their SP up to 100, so they will be able to function properly and grow their account by posting and engaging.
Although there must be hundreds of people in trouble, only a few people applied.
This means my contest should be shared with a broader audience.
And that's where you come in.
All I ask is a resteem of the original contest post (which you can find here: 🚀 Redfish Rocket Contest 3: Win A Delegation And Stop Running Out Of RC).
Once you've resteemed, leave a message with your profile link in the comments section below.
An optional extra is to refer new redfish to the contest.
To do so, tag them in your comment below, and ask them to leave a comment on the original post and apply to enter the contest. They should add who referred them to the contest (=your usename) to their application.
Incentive
I'm setting a @steem-bounty on this post. (You can find out how @steem-bounty works here).
Source
When you resteemed the original post and left a link to your profile page in the comments section below, you will get an upvote from me and receive a share of the bounty.
If you manage to refer new contestants, you'll receive a bigger upvote, and as a result you'll receive a bigger share of the bounty.
IMPORTANT
This offer expires when the original post has reached payout, which will be in two days from now.
Any submissions that come in later are not eligible to receive part of the bounty.
Another Way To Help Out
I've set up the contest to reward 10 people with a delegation that will bring up their amount of SP up to 100.
This means that - after I announced the winners - the others will still be struggling to keep their account alive.
If you have any SP, Steem or SBD to spare, know that you could prevent a new, talented user from leaving by delegating or donating a little to them.
Basically, a person can function relatively normal with about 75Sp. But if you don't have that much to spare, any amount will do. If a new users can receive 10 delegations of 7.5SP, he's out of the problem zone.
Any donation or delegation - as small as it may be - means a new user will get a bigger opportunity to survive.

@paramimd here is the contest you can get SP. This is the original post link: https://steemit.com/steempress/@simplymike/redfishrocketcontest3winadelegation-f8etvpas9p
I hope this will help you.
Hello @simplymike
Tremendous proposal, very beneficial for the community in general, I have some friends who started after me in steemit, and for having very little SP are not practically writing anything, I think it has affected much small accounts the HF20.
I invite my friends:
@nahela,
@trabajosdelsiglo
@sabias-que
@pedroelec
@jesusagon
To participate and have the opportunity to take advantage of this great benefit.
Resteem to this post and the post of the contest.
Thanks for that help to the community.
I was able to delegate some SP, and it has allowed me to publish and comment quietly, but in my country, (Venezuela), not everyone can do it, Steemit is a source of help for many, and unfortunately they have been very affected by the HF20.
Thank you again.
It's true that HF20 has affected a whole lot of accounts. But I read that they are working on a solution.
Just like on the other post, some of the usernames didn't turn into links...
Ready@simplymike, I made a mistake when writing.
but resolved. I'll do the same in the other comment. Thanks for notifying, I had not noticed.
I resteemed that when I first saw it I wish I knew more people to help. It is so silly to me the way this works. I have 300SP and I have enough RC to never run out but someone with 30 SP can't do jack. I just don't get it at all. I want to help if I can and I did send @cendrinemedia your way on discord. I really hope this doesn't ruin steem
They seem to be working on a solution, but I got to see it before I believe it's going to make the platform free to use again.
Thanks for the support

Ya for now it is going to be on us to help the new people we bring in fore sure they need to fix this.
But will they? I'll believe it when I see it.
If you read the posts and comments from most big stakeholders, there's only one thing that is important. Earning money, preferrably as much as possible. The bigger part doesn't give a shit about the smaller accounts, and opportunities for people from poor countries to boost their income. To me, a post payout of $10 is fun, but it is just change, while for a lot of Steemians it would mean they could be feeding their family for a week.or longer.
So I assiume they will come up with a fix like RC delegation, but I highly doubt it will be free. So it won't be fix and small accounts will still be where they are now: no rights to give their opinion, no rights to earn a little money and - and this goes for everyone - if you have good intentions and express your disagreements with the author, you simply get downvoted for not agreeing. That is against human rights (freedom of speech), and reminds me more of a dictatorship than of a so called 'decentralized' platform.
I hope they will make things better for others instead of only their own wallet, but I got to see it to believe it
Of Course I resteemed the post. I have also been trying to add a vote to some of the comments. I don't have the vp to do them all but it is a little help for the entries.
I may be wrong but I do not think RC delegation pools will help the redfish much. It will be a huge help to those who have the extra RC to rent out.
I will try to resteem as many of these helpful projects as possible and also do a round up post once a month.
The more people who know about these projects the more helpful they will be.
You're obviously thinking what I am thinking: no way they are going to give those delegations away for free. Which means there will be no solution. And the few people who are willing to delegate SP or RC for free can not cover the hundreds of newbies that are in trouble.
By the way, here's another post in which the author offers a couple of delegations. I missed it earlier, because you can't tell from his title.
I suggested he'd change it, so it would be more clear.

I really am trying to keep on the positive side. Still I can't forget that conversation from 3 months ago.
Looks very much like someone deliberately set up a huge demand for a new product.
I wouldn't even be seeing anything wrong with that. Except for the fact that the target market are those who can least afford the product. Almost like deliberately making this site exclusive to those who can afford to invest.
On a personal level ... I rarely have discretionary income to use for things like this. The only reason my account barely made it past the cull is a combination of luck, timing, and the generosity of others.
So yeah, I am all about trying to help point the silenced in the direction of any help. Especially since I seem to encounter a lot of new accounts in my pifc wanderings.
Thanks for the link happy to have another to add to my collection.
I might be repeating myself, 'cos I told this to a couple of people already. So forgive me if you've heard this conspiracy theory for which is quite some proof before.
Earlier this week, someone contacted me and asked me if I wanted to join a project for oracl-d. If you hadn't heard from.it before, take a quick look at their intro post here.
I've been reading quite some stuff from the big stakeholders these last few weeks, and the combination of Oracl-d and what I have read in those posts is that many of them don't think this is a social.media platform, but an investment opportunity.
If you want a credible investment platform that can attract people who want to invest hundreds of thousands of Dollars in, you have to make a good impression, and have something to show for: a platform with high-quality articles written by writers who know a lot of fancy words.
Here's my assumption
You don't want a potential investor, who is about to invest a large sum.of money to see the posts that are of lower quality. You know: first impression and all. So the logical step to take is to limit the number of posts that form a high risk of not being top notch. Redfish were the first victims. The top only want serious newbies who are good enough to see a future here, and thus are willing to pay for play. No more freebies, no more fun - if you want to attract big shot investors, you can't have a site filled with stupid memes, silly posts and nonsense.
And I get that.
But erasing all the smaller accounts is not the solution, a lot of them can bring real value to the blockchain, once they get settled in and figure it all out.
Meanwhile, some big stakeholders post even bigger nonsene, and not just once, but all the time. But he is so powerful they can't erase him like they do with the newbies.
I understand their vision of an investment platform. After all, if they can get people to pump a lot of money in Steem, the price and credibility of the coin will go up. But this is definitely the wrong approach.
(Everything above is only a theory bzsed on what I've read here and there so I might be completely wrong about everythin. It's just... my gut feeling tells me I'm right about this one, and the damn thing is right very often)
I resteemed that a while back because it is something I wanted to look into.
And like you I have kept it in mind as I watch things unfold.
I think you may be onto something. You actually may have given me another piece of a puzzle I have been mulling over for a while.
I have been able to see how the investors are needed. Also the SMTs coming into play so that large companies can use their own token reward system.
It is very obvious the "social" aspects will go through some pretty radical changes. I feel like a lot was hinted at with the "hive" or community features.
I have since I arrived here been thinking about the why behind the "quality" posting. At the time I was thinking if I figure out what was the purpose behind rewarding content, then I could know what to produce.
Also I kept reading this is an "experiment" I wondered exactly what was being tested out.
All I could come up with is that all these people doing all these posts were basically feeding Google. Could it be that is what was being rewarded. Think about it almost any topic you search there is a link back to Steemit.
"Quality" post is driving traffic. Not only that but ones with lots of comments would rank higher. Google loves a site with tons of fresh content on a daily basis.
I think you have nailed it. I also think I may be very fortunate to have gotten in when I did. On the one hand I have met some amazing people, learned a lot, and had an experience I will never forget.
On the other hand I am thinking it could be very advantageous to get involved with a few "communities" now.
Seems like there may be potential for one or more to really take off and be very rewarding.
I know you are involved in a lot of initiatives. I think better up my game. Just posting and commenting will not be enough.
Ooops sorry been trying to sort these thoughts for a while guess I am happy to encounter someone who is seeing it. I am just bouncing ideas.

Your profile is looking good. I get the fact that the number of posts is limited, but I have checked your comments feed and it looks like yiu are really engaging with the community.
I've added your name to the list.
Hi @celinavisaez, I apologize as I just saw this. Here is an SP delegation contest that you can join to get more SP. Go to the original post: https://steemit.com/steempress/@simplymike/redfishrocketcontest3winadelegation-f8etvpas9p and leave your comment there as required on that contest. It is about to end so the earlier you get there, the better.
Hi Mike, Celina has 24.x SP. She is an active member of PIFC and I understand if she can no longer function as she used to. I see she tried to do Steemhunting which I believe is good as that somehow does not require much SP but her engagement is still very limited. Any delegation to boost her current SP will be great. Thanks in advance!
Original post resteemed.

Thanks, @beeyou. Her name has been added to the list
I am fine that you confused me with beeyou. 😀 Please just make sure that you added the correct username of my referral. Thank you. 😊
Lol, I'm sorry - I don't know where that mistake came from.
Thanks for bringing in another contestant.
Great initiative!
Already heard they will tackle this problem in the next update but still new users are facing this problem right now and will most likely leave since like you said they are not able to grow their account like we all did previously.
Resteemeda and I will also tell my roommate @yougotresteemed to resteem the post to his 10.5K followers.
Thanks a lot. You're right, there are rumors about 'a fix', but I doubt it will be one. It would surprise me if they would hand out those RC delegations for free. But who knows, maybe they'll surprise me.
And indeed, until there is a solution, the small accounts are just abandoned, with no help from the top. And the number of users giving away delegations is very small. I don't want to know how many are leaving the platform every day...
I resteemed the original post.
