He will make a post informing players that the game will be starting soon/signups are open (when he's ready for the game to start soon, still don't know when that will be), but the form itself is the only way to signup. Signing up in comments stopped last season.
yup, i'm aware the comments signup had been discontinued. was wondering when the post from @papa-pepper would come up, thanks for the info!
