Launching of the steem lightening Africa project in Uyo high school
It was nice witnessing the steemelectricals last project for the year 2024. This is another dream comes reality, seeing this project successfully carried out, really makes me happy and I would say from my heart thank steemit team for helping this project to continue lightening Africans.
Another project that has promoted steemit widely in the city, the students will take the news home, some media personal where also there, videoing the laughing, the project alone promoted steemit 100%.
Seeing how students appreciate the gift of solar in their school usually bring me much joy as they are fully satisfied and value such a gift.
Uyo high school is a public school which has a high number of students, and looking at this, they finds it difficult to run generator to teach this number of students in their ICT unit.
According to the students I interviewed, most times even with the turns they take, majority of the students don't access the computer due to the high cost of fuel they don't spend much time in the ICT class. With the donation of the solar, they were happy that their dreams of having basic knowledge in the ICT, were going to be a reality, they were so happy.
During the launching, the school authorities were highly represented, they presented an appreciation speech telling us how the students value tbe gift and they promised to take care of it.

I've been with you @ubongudofot right from when you started this charity project some years back, and I can bold say I'm proud of you as you are consistent in bringing smiles to this children faces. May you remain blessed for your good work, may the works of your hand continue to grow big and may your dreams of lightening Africa continue to come true day by day. Even though you will be definitely jealous of your work, may it not bring harm to you but a blessing.
