As far as pricing of Steem in one year is concerned, I am pretty much sure it will hit that level keeping in view how fast it made its place in top 23 cypto currencies. Plus, it's a social media that pays so lots of people will keep joining it everyday. So, I personally see a lot of potential in it.

Yes lots of potential, it's in a unique place right now which makes it very appealing.
