• What does surrender mean?

• Surrender means: When you are scrolling through posts of yourself on Instagram and ask whether you are here to see something specific or you are just doing it out of habit.

The reality is that most people are surrendering while watching 90% of the time. 🗿
90% of people are letting fear (FOMO) guide them by running on the Hamster wheel.

90% blindly follow whatever is trendy and in fashion due to surrender, registering for new classes out of surrender...
And at the same time, they are under the illusion that they are making all these decisions.

It may sound harsh, but if we are satisfied with the results of our lives, then we can continue with the same old formula. However, if our current life comes with dissatisfaction, then there are points for change, awareness to gain, and wrong mindsets to break.

The golden point is that change comes from decision, not from surrender. 🎖
