We take Steem to the Moon! Let's Get it Listed on Kucoin Exchange!
Good Morning guys! I hope everything is well on your side. Today I want to share with you this amazing opportunity that we can do as a community to help Steem and the Steem community. We can get Steem get listed in one of the more popular exchange in the world Kucoin Exchange. Some might be wondering why we would like to to this, the simple answer to that is the economic law of supply and demand. The more exchange we are in the more demand we create which has a direct correlation to its price (more demand tends to increase its price or stimulate uptrend movement).

Kucoin Exchange is dubbed as the People's Exchange and have recently revamped its incentives program to be more competitive in the Crypto Capital Market. In line with this revamp of strategy they have initiated a new mechanism in having coins listed. This new mechanism uses Telegram so if you have not done so please download Telegram.
Procedure for the listing
First you need to have the Telegram program. For those who does not know the program it is a messenger-like program that has some additional functionalities that enables the users to use commands. I use this in many of my Crypto Airdrops and bounty activities. With its advance functionalities it can be utilized for advance data gathering such as what we are about to to in the next section.
Once you have the Telegram program you just need to go to this invite to initiate the listing process. However before you go through this let me give you a heads-up on what will be required of you next. Below are the list of things you need to have and know to be able to successfully vote for Steem.
- Kucoin Exchange Account (if you have none please register here.
- Your email address that you used to register in Kucoin Exchange
- The NAME of the digital asset of crypto you want to Vote. In this case STEEM
- The REASON why it should be listed:
- Superior technology: 3 second block-time with no transaction fee
- Steem is the first and the most famous cryptocurrency for social media decentralized applications
- Steem has the most number decentralize applications
- Consistently on the Top 30 based on market capitalization
- Already listed in top exchanges worldwide: Binance, Huobi, Bittrex, Poloniex, Upbit, Bithumb, GoPax and many more.
- Strong and vibrant community of over a Million members
- Will be upgraded soon to include Smart Contracts for Steem-based tokens.
Knowing what I have stated above you are now ready to start the listing process let''s head unto the telegram bot to start the process. You can do this by following this link. Once you are inside the bot channel the first thing you need to do is click or press the "Start Botton"
Once you click the "Start button' the telegram bot will show some guidelines on how to accomplish the listing process. Then it will ask you to enter the email address of your email account in Kucoin exchange. This is just the email address you can use when you registered in the exchange. I used this email: [email protected] to register in Kucoin Exchange therefore I inputted that email address in the message field as shown below:
The next task the bot will ask you is to input the FULL Name of the project you want Kucoin Exchange to list. In this case the Project name we want to support first is STEEM. Please note that the Full name of STEEM is the same as its ticker name.
Once you are done inputting and sending your reply to the telegram bot it will then ask you "What is Special about This Project, why should it be listed on the exchange?" You can create your own response just make sure your reply is relevant and something positive about the project. For reference I have pointed out some of the strengths STEEM above please review them before sending your message. This is what I have inputted (please don't just copy and paste please edit it if you like the response)
STEEM is the native currency of steemit the first decentralized social media webbapp and by far the most popular in the world. It is already listed in the most respected exchanges worldwide such as Binance, Huobi, Bittrex, Poloniex, Bithum, Upbit and many more. STEEM is also the native token of hundreds of other applications such as Dlive, Dtube, Utopian, Busy, eSteem, Steepshot, Steemgigs, Steemhunt and etc. Soon it will also have Smart Contracts Functionality that will enable holders to create Tokens that is based on STEEM. This is not to mention its ability to scale with its 3 seconds block-time and fee-less transactions.
Once you have submitted your reply the bot will tell you that "Your vote was registered" and inform you that by typing in "/newform" you will be able to register or vote for another project you like. Say for Steem Dollars. The name of Steem Backed Dollars in Coinmarketcap.com is Steem Dollars thus we will use this name: Steem Dollars for is project name.
Please note that you can use the same reasoning we said about STEEM since they have the same attributes with one little adjustment: Steem Dollars is used in rewarding blog-post in the steemit platform which is widely considered as the most popular decentralized blogging platform.

That is a kind thought sir but what is more important is to have STEEM in more exchanges. May a steemian with more influence can make a post about this to get more traction this is really a great opportunity to us. I have also initiated a listing process for Coinex and planning to study the listing process of other exchanges that has similar listing process. I think as a community we can have Steem and SBD listed to more exchanges. Let's look for exchanges and show them the power of our community if we work together towards a common goal.

You are very true that the more cryptocurrency exchangers Steem gets listed, the law states that it will have an increase of demand in the market - which will result to a higher value of Steem as a currency.
