Recently, I see a comparison of Steem and Facebook began to appear. I think this comparison is not quite correct.
In my opinion, Steem is now more like Blogspot, Livejournal, Worldpress. Comparison with these services will be more correct.

But there are significant differences. Steem has gorgeous development opportunities. On tge Blockchain there are already "Instagram", messengers and "Facebook".
Do you consider these services as separate projects? I think, NO. These are still parts of the great whole.

Then what's Steem like?
It is a new system. Such a system has no analogues. The basis of this is the blogging site (steemit, busy). But this position is changing.

As a conclusion.
You can not compare the whole of Steem with old services and sites. You can compare only individual parts (projects).

Perhaps Steem is the internet of the future.
