Steem is designed solely to have a high market cap
It seems like steem is designed solely to have a high market cap rather than actually create something with value, i.e. producing content that people actually enjoy reading. This would explain why all the top articles are stupid and have random images. It is not hard to have a high market cap if the trade volume is low. For example, I can start a company and give myself 1 trillion shares of stock in my new company. I could then sell one share for $10, and then my market cap is now $10 trillion. Steem keeps volume low by locking up the currency into steem power and other trading restrictions. This is just a bubble people. You are wasting your time, someone will be left holding the bag.
