It might help more to simply post that there is a windows miner, and link some instructions to getting that miner running. I am still looking for enough instructions to get it to work myself.
smooth said the linux guide should work for setting up the Windows config. However I tried last night and the miner just shuts down after a few seconds in Win10. I have no clue, nor the knowledge to figure out why that is happening.

Yes, same here. It is linux centric and unfriendly to 90% of redditors\pc users. Just like previous projects that will remain unnamed, it will not take off until there is a windows client with working default settings. Or at least a readme with step by step instructions that work.
You can always mine STEEM with post and curating. :)
