Bernie - you lament the fact that others profit off this site. I am not a Haejin fan at all, and I find most crypto analysis obnoxious and devoid of any reason, other that it allows the shiller to profit and herd the sheep.
But you get to profit for making no content at all. Its like a game to you. Fair enough - profit. You are making a name for yourself by being contrarian and going against the grain. I respect that.
It is a little fucked up though that you can make more on one simple post, than most people can make in months or a year. People who try and write good content.
Perhaps we do need some witnesses who can try and change this platform for the better.

I've said it for the longest time that I don't understand why so many of the top people on Steemit even bother to make "posts".
Doing blank posts like these with one press of the POST button would do the exact same thing.
They would make the exact same amount of money, but just save the time and effort it takes to create a fake post that no one reads anyway.
They could use that time more efficiently by masturbating their actual dick, rather than the website.
And, it's easier on the blockchain.
What is the chance of Steem surviving, in your book? The reason why I'm still holding on to this platform is for occasional publishing of referral content.
