Blurt Changes Plans

We are currently working to build and run the 'blurtd' production blockchain code in prepartion for the planned hardfork/airdrop on July 4th. Also, the plan is to improve the documentation and simplify the overall build and run process, if possible.

This was written and posted via SteemPeek to the open source (for now lol) Steem blockchain.
