Not the best approach.
Do the research, learn the lesson. Move forward without those who are not capable to run as fast as you do.
I didn't mention these steps, as it's quite obvious in my perspective that this should have been done already. After that, once the goal & path is clear, there is no space for FUD, otherwise you'll drive a car with the handbrakes on.
Anyway - thanks for the comment.
There is always a space for any critics I believe.
You can easily fight non-constructive if you have arguments on your side.
