How Digital Marketing can help small companies

in #steem7 years ago

Smalls and mediums businesses are one of the most active parts of the  worlds economy, they employ most of the working people in developing  countries, and their products and innovations keep the economy growing  in a lot of places.

Social media is a great opportunity for those kind of companies, because  they give them a lot of space where they can go one-on-one with big  companies, you dont need an enormous badget or a big marketing team to  create a nice and succesful campaign on Facebook or Twitter. Thats the  magic of Digital Marketing.

This are same of the areas in which I believe Small and Medium Companies can make a huge difference:

 1. Email

Eighty-eight percent of small and medium-sized businesses say that this  is one of the channels with the greatest consumer retention. It also  serves as a channel of personalized communication with the consumer.

2. Organic search

The presence of the company on the internet is key to make itself known,  despite 36 percent of the companies indicate it. This tactic is also  based on SEO elements to be one of the first options within an online  search.

3. Paid Search

Spreading in the first places is not always possible, but promote the  action through payment benefits to SMEs in the search that involves  them. The study reveals that 43 percent of companies mention it.

4. Social media

One in 7 people have a profile on social networks, reveals eMarketer, so  having an account within some page of this type generates stakeholders.  The 44 percent of the respondents tie in the subject.

5. Affiliations

Being part of a company gives a boost to small and medium-sized  companies, which is why 21 percent indicate it. It is worth noting that  not all those in this category have sufficient resources to carry it  out.              .
