6~19~18 night vision

I just had a quick vision of a person either being operated on or undergoing an autopsy. I believe it was the latter. well that was the vibe anyway. Actually the only thing I could see was blood, skin, a hole and heard someone say "48". I immediately thought "gun".
Now just to be clear, as these visions come, and as I hear things, I am also given a sense of what is going on even if I do not see the entire picture.
Sadly that was the entirety of the picture...
