Feeling lost, trying to get together my head

in #steemlast year

In 2 days is my birthday.
I cat handle days all thigs I need to do. Since the thing that happened to Nevena, the thing that has nothing to do with me, I still cant figure myself out.
I am super tired, I fall asleep at 3 am wake up at 6:30 am, go to work, and there is nothing to do at work, is feeling useless, and not able to do anything, sleep a little because I am tired, go back home, then just fall on the bed and sleep until 9pm, wake up, do nothing, just breathing, then go to bed and cant fall asleep until 3 am and repeat for 3 weeks now straight.

I thing about my brain and how it thinks and I just hate how it works and process the infos, hate how destructive it is, how it then gets a lot more into a my life and how it just destroys everything going on and I need to figure it out before I really ruins my life, and yes, I am in PMS so then why I am ultra sensitive today. Kinda wonna cry.

I deleted my hall schedule, because of he shift I keep changing and because of the thing I actually dont do.

Can you help me with motivating myself, how can I be better to myself.

Your birthday is coming up, Happy Birthday! :)

Can you help me with motivating myself, how can I be better to myself.

I read that you were talking things out with a therapist. That can be good. But that helps things going on in your mind. Your mind is all in your brain and your brain is part of your body. So I think maybe seeing a nutritionist can be good too.

They might give you advice on food or supplements to help your body work better which will help your brain work better which will help your mind work better. For example, magnesium is supposed to be good for better sleep and to lessen anxiety, and apparently most people are a bit deficient in it. You can research some things like this yourself, the AI at https://www.bing.com/ is awesome. Just talk to it like you would talk to a friend and see what it says in reply. You can research nutrition but you can also ask it about things you talk to your therapist about. Of course it's not a complete substitute for professionally trained humans but it can help!

I asked Bing the same question you asked, and it gave some pretty good suggestions:

If you click the link more than once you might get a slightly different answer, so it's almost like asking different people the same question!

Anyway, hang in there and have a great Birthday! :)
