What day is that from? That was the original plan. It may be the long term plan. that's not what I see in his last tweet about steem.
The newest YT video as of 2/17 directly says they'll be converting old Steem token to new TRX-Steem token. If it was more long-term, they probably wouldn't be advertising that so soon.
