A vacation on Steemit...or a complete waste of time.
.
In this short blog I will write about Steemit, as a good place to generate revenue. V.s. Steemit as a total piece of shit and waste of time.
In short I can already give you an anwser. Steemit has it's function and can completely change an internet bloggers life in a big way. When used properly it can be an excellent tool in a bloggers aid for viewers, experience, revenue. And that's not all. Just based on the fact that steemit can aid a blogger in terms of revenue is great. I mean come on when was the last time you heard of a place where you can just write freelance and get paid? No other websites are offering this including facebook, and instagram. (without advertising of course.)
To dig deeper into this. Steem can turn off alot of content creators. The one thing is buying in and "locked in funds" in the steem power function. Not everybody likes this and can scurry some away. The other is viewers. Are their viewers for your content on steemit? The writer must decide or do their own research. Many people I have talked to get a little tripped out on all of the cryptocurrency posts on the steem blockchain. But you must ask yourself. Will the worlds first ever blockchain social media have these types of tags mass followed? And the answer is yes of course. This is the place to talk openly and alot about crypto and other crypto related sagas unfolding on the interwebs. You gotta just realize this going in.
I have also found without "paying into steem" ie buying steem power. It might technically be a better choice to just go get a job flipping burgers. After all it's steady, has a paycheck for sure connected to it, and will be a start to saving some money. Steem can be frustrationg to the average bloke off the street and I feel it is good to new users to be honest about it. No you might not make a killing on here but hey, I said it. After months on steem with no luck. I find it really hard to not throw this out there. A 9/5 job might not be such a bad alternative when you look at the whole picture.
Steem was intended to replace only some people's jobs.
It's a club, we ain't in it.
