Looks like dtube and steemcleaners. They want original content primarily, but also theres some sort of coverup with that video going on, so im not surprised. Censorship resistant is more like it, not uncensored.
There have been different tactics to deal with unwanted content, one was to hide adult content with a NSFW option in your settings. Another is to downvote and get it hidden on the front end.
Yeah an dtube is a joke clearly is what we are learning here, a private domain with private secular interests not interested in serving the entire steem community without prejudice.
