Constructive Ideas To Boost Steem - We Win Together

in #steem5 years ago (edited)
<div class=" Honestly I like to exchange honest ideas and thoughts with anyone who wants a good Steem, however, I want the story to be reduced to an honest idea and not a utopia. Some are accused of voting for their wife, brother, child, mother, friend, some poor cousin, etc. and receiving minuses, while others boast about supporting the entire society, but their posts have votes and big money from almost the same people. If we look at it honestly, then none of the big players would cross earnings in a $ 5 or $ 10 post because it would get thousands of votes from those who don't have Steem Power. If the rules are strict and say, vote for as many new users as possible, then there is no need for bloggers with a lot of Steem Power to write posts, because it is better that instead of voting for us, it gives money to new users. You can check everything at https://steemworld.org/@username, type in the username and click inc.votes and then when you open the window just change it to by the Amount. I was offered to give my Steem Power for 8% profit and it's a really nice offer, but I'm a principled man and always do what I believe in. So I started my views in this post, I gave and copied my comment from my post because I really want all of us to go forward together.

Sounds great to me, thank you for your offer. If you take a closer look you will see that I am not a man who arranges a vote exchange, I vote who I like and of course my family. For me, it's moral and responsible. But here I am going to reduce it to a minimum and I really want to set an example that great players should not vote on other great players' posts every day, but should support your idea of helping new users.

For me, it is not war and it is not bad, we are all learning something new and we all want to find a way out of this crisis. Since I have been an entrepreneur all my life and have several companies (not in the software industry) I can suggest other types of support for you and the Steem family, I would also like to discuss this on a discord channel, of course, if you have any wishes and interests.

steemworld

Otherwise, if we now have a million members and if we are all voting for new users, we may reach 10,000,000 users, but then again, there will be a crisis because we cannot support everyone. So there are a few things I would do if I had the power to change that. I would associate Steem with businesses, I would give rewards to users who contract with other companies that accept Steem as a digital payment method. They would have at least 1% of all transactions, companies would give a discount if it was purchased in Steem, people would be interested in buying Steem and procuring products and services from companies, so its value would grow. The second part of the story is that I would introduce Steem tokens (we are all waiting for that) and make it possible for all users to have their token if they meet certain conditions (certain level, Steem Power etc), everyone could be rewarded with those tokens and the user would have a certain percentage of its token. I would stop the production of Steem, I would work on increasing its value and on new tokens and a system for connecting with companies. With a system of new Steem tokens that have value (I would introduce a training school and help all those tokens be used in the companies we have a contract with). This way we could reward all the people in this world but step by step, and we would become the first social blockchain facebook.

Now this measure with minuses is only temporary to stop the crisis but it is not a permanent solution, Steem is burning but the value is not rising. Fewer posts will start writing, people will quit because there are many of them, say (someone lives in Venezuela or a poor country and there is a monthly salary of $ 5 and one kilogram of tomatoes is $ 0.95), his relative lives in the USA or some rich country and gives him help by voting on his posts. Now it is forbidden for someone to support their cousin, mother, brother, son, etc., but to vote for strangers. Do you really believe that investor will stay on Steemit because if he doesn't have a profit he has no reason to stay, and if he can't support his cousin, it makes no sense?

That's why I'm saying we shouldn't go for temporary solutions, we should give ideas from a business perspective (because that's the point for all investors), because if I invest $ 100,000 it's ok for me to get $ 8,000 a year, but I also have a lot better investments at the moment than that. In order to attract the attention of big investors and companies, we need to make our business attractive, and then we have a great chance to increase the value of Steem to $ 10 or $ 20 and thus everyone wants to become part of the elite digital money and blockchain system. Another model is to limit the number of users and to turn Steem into an elite system only for those who have money or extremely high-quality blogging. The latter model does not fit into the system of decentralization and freedom that we all fight for, but it is a model that can bring strong Steem value. Steem would be the royal social business network and then other social networks with Steem Tokens should be launched below, there for all other people in the world.

This is my opinion regarding my business management experience that I have been doing all my life, these are my suggestions and honest attitude.

if I don’t vote friend and family, who else will vote them?

Ideally, if they write a good post, some curation team would vote.

But I get your point, as our friends family aren’t all professional writers/photographers either. Part of steem’s feature looks like another social media but original it is designed to be for good content. I talked about similar point in my vlog today too. Interesting time certainly and I’m also curious to see how steem is heading to.

Steem is a social business network, and we must pay attention that we all grow together with investment and quality. Now I'm going to look at your post.

I like the idea of companies using digital currency and honestly, I see that happening soon, however, I cannot believe how behind the USA is in their thinking with digital money.

It will be a slow roll, but, eventually, it will be there.

In the meantime, you know, I have to keep on voting and Steemin!

See you on the top
This is our future and we will emerge stronger from this whole story.

technological change in the 4.0 era made things turn around but this must be a count in global economic change. with consistency this will be a count that will be competitive.

I don't even know what to say, but I guess steemit needs people to be more flexible.

Tell me more about positive solution for all Steemians and Steem.

For me, I don't think steem is just about making profit, it is also about building relationships with more people one after the other for the sake of decentralisation.

Of course, but for relationship we have facebook and other social network. This is business social network with real investors and real money.

I think we need both on steem, the relationship and the investment.

-Steem is promoted has a social media blogging site.

I agree that's why I wrote the post. Now if you hang out with the people you love, respect their posts and opinions, you must not support them because you can get a minus.
Now you have to do something that is different than on social networks, you need to vote for new users and not for friends and family because then you are declared an enemy of the system.
You write comments on this post and you did not vote, you did not give resteem, it is not correct. If Steem is a social network like other social networks then I would have the likes from you.

I have no problem voting your post. I have voted many of your post already before. I am just trying to understand the flagging situation on your blog.

It doesn't matter what happens to me, it matters what we need to do to make it good for everyone.

I think they need to keep working on steem engine making things like staked market USD equivalent values more visible, and more portfolio views and tools / order history?! There's lots of traders that would join STEEM if they thought they could make profits, just have to make it easier for them to use the markets! i think we need to emphasize Steemit is more than just Blogging.

Good Idea
