Yes exactly, the reason is they have delegated before. 1500 is a little amount compared to the biggest ones having more than 1M. May take few weeks.
Hey, man! I appreciate you getting back to me. Yeah, I get that 1500 is but a pebble but it's all I have to give haha! Sorry about that. I was just wondering how the queue is calculated though. Is it by the order of delegation? Or, is it based on the share?
