It’s difficult

Like many of you, I too find it difficult to see the markets in the state that they have been recently. It’s no fun waking up every day to find your favourite cryptos in the red.

Acceptance

I’m not trying to come over all tough love on anyone, but let’s be real for a second; If we’re happy to accept the price increases, then we must accept the drops - no matter how painful they might be. This is a normal part of how markets function.

Crypto is known for it’s volatility, every normal movement a market is subject to, crypto goes 10-100x don’t go doing something crazy like panic selling because chances are in a month or two we’ll see the seas change from red to green.

Silver linings

I know I’m probably preaching to the choir on this one (since users seem to stop posting during the dips, the ones reading this will probably already be doing this), but with Steem we have a unique opportunity - generating more Steem is easier to do when prices are deflated since the pending payout will be more heavily rewarded in Steem.

So, chin up and use what most would see as a negative and turn it in to a positive. Increase your stake either by buying or posting, so that you can enjoy the green movements even more (remember when you were wishing for Steem to be back at $1 so you could buy?!)

This won’t last forever.

Hi Elliot. Couldn't agree more with you. Green will come and it takes someone with a clam head to not panic and know to move forward you sometimes have to go back wards. Crypto can't boom very week and patience is required.
