That's definitely a nice idea... I think many of us have been hit by that downvote bot farm. I know STINC has started to remove the 15 SP delegations from them... which makes them pretty toothless, but still annoying.
I got a down vote by a human account ( had content, had SP) on my recent post and I did nothing wrong. They didn't even bother to leave a comment as to what I did to deserve a down vote.

Do you help people who get flagged for no reason ? because I know that my friend is randomly getting flags.
My friend @mow is getting flags from @clvr.
Not sure why, there has been no warning or info why. Just randomly getting downvotes.

with the human down votes, if their SP is high enough, they'll tank your earnings.

Down voting is a great way to destroy the momentum of Steem.
Do people or bot who downvote have an agenda or is it just for fun?
