The White paper on VICE says at token holders as of block number 18,500,000 on the STEEM Blockchain.
Can you tell me where to find the STEEM block number?

Hi, You can see the block occurring on 29th Dec, 2017 here on https://steemd.com/b/18500000. Currently we're at 20 500 000 or so. You can get to the blocks by looking at random user on steemd and clicking the tiny nr on top right of the details window, form there you can play with the URL to go to direct block.
