There are times when we say this and it is just words, but when we are really part of the dream of other people's lives we understand how important it is.
We can be part of the dream, of achievements, of significant situations in people's lives in many ways. In the church we play a fundamental role in impacting people's lives. When we welcome them with a smile, a hug, when we share a lunch or a meeting, when we are interested in people, there are thousands of ways to impact people's lives and be part of their dreams.
Particularly this week I had the experience of selling a property and being part of the life project of two families and everyone around them. On the one hand, an owner who needed to sell her property because she would be living in another country permanently, her lawyer, her brother-in-law and her nephew would also benefit from the sale, for all of them it has been a definitive solution. On the other hand, my client, who was looking for a property in that area for a life project, this purchase has been the beginning of a new stage in which he will be realizing and fulfilling part of his dreams.
My participation as an advisor has led me to carry out a successful negotiation in which both parties have benefited, including me as a result of my work.
