. . . . Well, perhaps in the political environment this is different since there are many things that can be bought. . .
Today I had the second day of experience regarding "Trust". Every day I come across different types of people and when I say different "They are different", that is why most of the time I stay a little distant or maintain a "Safe Distance" with respect to the openness I may have in what I speak or how I address people.
Yesterday I had a visit with some of my partner's clients to a property I have for sale. Coordinating the visit has been complicated since we were on time, that is, we had little time to coordinate with whoever was living in the property. In a strategic way I managed to schedule the visit. The interested parties liked it very much and already wanted to start the visit. purchasing process. They made a formal proposal, the owner rejected and responded, the interested parties approved the counterproposal and we moved forward with the negotiation.
While my partner and I were preparing all the documentation, I was coordinating the trip and the signing of the contracts since the owner had requested permission at work to travel from the other side of the country. The next day we started the morning, we met at the notary office and were waiting for the purchasing clients who would bring the money to carry out the transaction. There it got a little complicated since from 10 minutes we went on to have almost two hours of waiting due to the bureaucratic procedures of the bank and exchange offices.
What I want to highlight about this whole experience is that the buyers spoke to us with complete confidence and security about what their movements were like, the money they had, how they had it, what their movements were like and much more. They are simple and hard-working people who in a way cannot stand the fiscal and political pressure of their country and that is why they take refuge in this country where the possibilities are impressive, where they have the possibility of acquiring their properties and being able to generate profitable businesses with a minimum tax. .
Later, reflecting with my partner, I was surprised at how interesting it is to generate trust in people, in these cases the trust to do business and work with a lot of money as if we were people who have known each other for a long time. In the middle of this whole process, different types of thoughts arise that in one way or another lead to closing down or distrusting people, although distrusting is good in a sense of prudence, but the amazing thing is when you receive full trust in different areas and as in In this case, trust for the work we do in which in some cases the savings of your entire life or the property that cost a lifetime to obtain is at stake, in a moment all of that is in our hands.
I think we get this confidence by knowing that we do professional work and above all because first of all we have confidence in ourselves and that is what we transmit to other people and our clients, we do things as if they were for us. ourselves, what do you think?
