It was clear, arrangements were not made to really resolve the issue of this Ninja mined steem which might continue being a threat to the community and it's decentralized nature. I blame Ned for everything
Special conditions should have been applied to the Steemit accounts right from the very beginning. It is quite likely Ned misled Justin with the sale of Steemit. It is also Justin's responsibility to do all his research before buying Steemit. I think both parties are at fault with more blame on Ned. The working relationship between Steemit and the witnesses should have also been better.
Justin just wants to buy a functional community and I think this blinded him. He didn't actually feel steem was something he couldn't handle without going into intricate details, and that was where he was wrong
